This was one of those weeks where nothing seems to go right, and slightly feels like everything is falling apart. Of course it's not, but after months of seeing the light, and trying to think positive, this week I just couldn't do it. Sometimes life is like that, right? Hoping the weekend grants some much needed perspective. This week's ten things:

/ 12 rookie decorating mistakes.

/ Alexa Chung is starting her own fashion line.

/ Jennifer Aniston sets the record straight. My favorite quote: "We are complete with or without a mate, with or without a child. We get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies. That decision is ours and ours alone. Let's make that decision for ourselves and for the young women in this world who look to us as examples. Let's make that decision consciously, outside of the tabloid noise. We don't need to be married or mother to be complete. We get to determine our own 'happily ever after' for ourselves."

/ 6 things I wish I knew when I started working.

/ Stocking up on these underwear and these bras during the Nordstrom sale.

/ Meet the 2016 Olympics U.S. gymnastics team.

/ Trips for solo travelers. (I can dream.)

/ Looking forward to reading this book of essays by the head writer of "Inside Amy Schumer".

/ How to get a beach body in two weeks.

/ 15 surprising things about parenting in Iceland.

Hoping you have a lovely weekend.
