Every Father's Day, the same cake is requested. It's the perfect light, summery dessert, with fresh fruit, cream, and angel food cake. It doesn't even feel like dessert and is a great way to take advantage of the summer produce. 

You will need:
1 box Angel Food cake mix (it's just two ingredients and I've never even attempted at making this part from scratch)
1 1/4 cup water
2 strawberry yogurt cups (usually I'm a die hard Tillamook girl but use Yoplait because of the color)
1 container Cool Whip
Assorted fruits of your choose (we use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, and mandarin oranges)

To make:
Bake cake and cool upside down. Once cooled, cut into bite sized pieces. Set aside. Mix together cool ship and yogurt well. To assemble cake, divide cake in half. Fill the bottom of a trifle bowl in a layer of cake, then a layer of the cool whip/yogurt mixture, then a layer of fruit. Complete process again, cake, cool whip/yogurt, and then fruit. Store in refrigerator to keep cool until ready to eat.
